There are changes to the work in progress. Can I request or pay an additional amount?

Yes. Any time after you accept the request form and before you deliver the final work, you can request additional payment using the “Request transfer” button at the top of the request form. The client can decline the transfer request, and even if they do, the work will not be automatically stopped or refunded. In that case, you can discuss and decide together whether to continue.

  • You cannot cancel or edit a transfer request. If you sent it by mistake, ask the client to decline it.

  • Even if the client does not respond to the transfer request, the work deadline remains the same and is not automatically extended.

  • The client can send a transfer first using the “Transfer” button on the request form without waiting for a transfer request. In this case, the creator cannot decline it.

  • There is no limit to how many times you can request or send a transfer.

 

Who owns the copyright to the work?

The copyright to all work belongs to the creator. However, if the creator has explicitly stated different usage rights for the work, or the creator and the client have separately agreed otherwise, that description or agreement will take precedence.

 

A Request I published isn’t showing on the main page.

Please check the minimum price of the Request you published. Free Requests whose minimum price is 0P when all options are selected will only appear on your channel and in search. They will not be displayed on the Request main page.

 

How much is the Request service fee?

The Request fee varies depending on “My earnings” for each work item.

  • “My earnings” 50,000P or more: 5%
  • “My earnings” under 50,000P: 10%

You can check “My earnings” for each work item on the [Request details] > [Payment information] screen.

When a coupon is used

  • If a coupon provided by POSTYPE is used, “My earnings” is the same as the “Work amount”.
  • If a coupon issued directly by the creator is used, “My earnings” is the “Work amount” minus the “Discount amount”. If the discounted “My earnings” falls below 50,000P, the reduced fee rate will not apply, so please keep this in mind when issuing coupons.

Example

  • If a POSTYPE coupon for 5,000P is used on a work amount of 50,000P, “My earnings” is 50,000P and the 5% fee applies.
  • If a creator coupon for 3,000P is used on a work amount of 52,000P, “My earnings” is 49,000P and the 10% fee applies.

The fee is charged when you make a withdrawal of “Request earnings” generated from selling Request products as cash. (For details, see the fee policy.)
