Community Guidelines

POSTYPE is committed to being a space where creators can fully express themselves creatively, supported by the warm encouragement of their fans. POSTYPE has a responsibility to build a community where creators and readers are strongly protected, and where everyone can trust and respect one another.

By following the guidelines below, we can maintain a safer and more enjoyable POSTYPE community for everyone. These rules apply not only to posts, but to all areas visible to POSTYPE users.

If you find inappropriate content, please report it via the settings icon > [Report] at the top right of the post page, and block the channel. You can also directly block malicious users such as abusive subscribers or commenters. If you receive messages that violate the community guidelines, you can block messages by clicking [···] > [Block messages] in the message window, or report messages by clicking the report icon. If you are suffering damage from posts that infringe copyrights or other rights, please request temporary measures through the Rights Infringement Report Center.

Sexual content

Adult-only content must be marked as adult so that only verified adults can view it. Even if it is marked as adult, you must not upload content that could be considered obscene under the law, such as explicit images without mosaics. In particular, if images or videos depict a child or minor engaging in sexual activity, this may be punished as child or youth sexual exploitation material, so please be especially careful. Harmful or illegal content

Do not glorify or needlessly describe in graphic detail violence, self-harm, suicide, death, and similar topics. If you provide illegal information in a way that can realistically be imitated and thereby encourage crime, your use of the service may be restricted. Learn more

Content that causes discomfort

Be careful not to incite discrimination or hate against individuals or groups, or to attack them in a dehumanizing way that may cause discomfort to others. Also, do not upload content that disrupts a pleasant viewing experience in areas visible to all users (such as thumbnails). Learn more

Copyright and rights infringement

Please respect the rights of others. If you use copyrighted works without the copyright holder’s permission or upload content that defames others, it will be temporarily taken down (publication canceled for 30 days), and depending on the severity, the following measures may be taken: Step 3 – permanent cancellation of post publication (cannot be republished); Step 4 – channel suspension; Step 5 – account ban. Privacy protection

Do not upload content that exposes your own or others’ personal information. Such information may be misused for various crimes by malicious users. Also, you must not carelessly collect sensitive personal information, even if you have the person’s consent. Learn more

Identity theft

Using someone else’s identity to complete identity verification is a serious crime. On the other hand, creators who lawfully upload adult content are legally protected even if a minor views that content using another person’s identity. POSTYPE handles accounts involved in identity theft as quickly and reasonably as possible. Learn more

Account trading

All forms of account trading are prohibited. POSTYPE monitors accounts suspected of being involved in such transactions by checking access information. Continuing these malicious activities may not only lead to restrictions on service use, but also result in civil and criminal liability. Learn more
