Retention and use period of personal information

The information is retained for a certain period to process inquiries and resolve customer complaints. In accordance with the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc. and POSTYPE’s Privacy Policy, it is retained for 3 years and then destroyed. Masked ID copies and bankbook copies are destroyed without delay after identity verification is completed.
