Registering Auto Recharge

• You can register via PC or mobile web browser at [Points] > [Charge Points] > [Auto Recharge]. (App support will be added later.)
• Based on the conditions you set, points will be recharged automatically as soon as your remaining points fall below the specified threshold.
  • If your remaining points fall below (1,000P / 3,000P / 5,000P / 10,000P),
  • you can set them to be recharged by (5,000P / 10,000P / 30,000P / 50,000P / 100,000P).
• If, at the time of first registration, your remaining points are already below the condition you set, points will be recharged immediately.

Changing Auto Recharge

• On PC or mobile web browser, go to [Points] > [Charge Points] > [Auto Recharge] and click 'Point Auto Recharge ON' to change your auto recharge conditions, payment method, and more at any time.
• If your remaining points are below the newly changed condition, points will be recharged immediately upon change.

Canceling Auto Recharge

• You can cancel at any time by going to [Points] > [Charge Points] > [Auto Recharge] and clicking 'Turn Off Point Auto Recharge'.
• Auto recharge will be canceled automatically if the payment fails 3 times.
• If the points from the payment you want to cancel have not been used, you can request a payment cancellation within 7 days from the payment completion date.
• If you have already used points that were recharged automatically, you can apply for a refund.
