What consumer damage remedy means
POSTYPE is a content transaction brokerage platform that only operates and provides an intermediary system for transactions between members. Responsibility for transactions concluded between members lies with the members themselves, and agreement between the parties is the basic principle. However, if the parties are unable to reach an amicable agreement regarding any damage or disadvantage that occurs during a transaction, they may apply for mediation to an external "dispute mediation body (organization that receives damage remedy applications)" to seek remedy for the damage. Once the mediation procedure is completed, POSTYPE fulfills its responsibility by carrying out payment and any other obligations in accordance with the result.
If the parties do not accept the mediation proposal of the mediation committee, or if no mediation proposal can be presented even in the mediation meeting, the dispute may remain unresolved. In such cases, you may proceed with arbitration through an arbitration body, filing an investigation request with investigative authorities, or filing a lawsuit with the court.

Guide to internal damage remedy procedures
POSTYPE is not a dispute mediation body. If an agreement between the parties is needed regarding any damage or disadvantage that occurs during a transaction, please seek help from an external dispute mediation body (organization that receives damage remedy applications). However, if the damage is objectively clear and there is no room for disagreement, we will refund the purchase points according to the procedure below.
