Check order/payment numbers in your payment history

You can use the order/payment number shown in POSTYPE payment history (for point, membership, etc.) to find your account. Depending on the payment method, it may appear as an approval number, merchant order number, and so on.

  • However, payments made through Apple do not provide comparable information, so they cannot be used to find your account.

How to check your order/payment number depends on the payment method, as described below.

 

Kakao Pay

  • Kakao Pay app > [Recent transactions] > Select the POSTYPE payment record > Enter the 'Merchant order number' in [Details]
