Multilingual Translation Support (English)

What is Multilingual Translation?

• Postype offers AI-based multilingual translation so overseas readers can comfortably enjoy posts.
• The Postype interface is automatically translated and displayed based on the reader's language settings.
• Currently, translation is applied to the Postype UI (menus, buttons, etc.) and the titles and body text of select posts. We are gradually expanding the scope of coverage.

Changing the Translation Language

Readers can change their translation language at any time.

In the mobile app

1. Go to [My Menu] > [Account] > ['Settings'].
2. Select the language you want to display.
3. The change is applied to the entire Postype interface immediately upon selection.

In a web browser

• Go to [My Menu] > ['Settings'].
• Select the language you want to display.
• After selecting, click the "Save changes" button to apply the new language across the entire Postype interface.

Using the Original/Translation Toggle per Post

• Each post is automatically translated into the reader's chosen language.
• If you want to see the original, you can switch back anytime using the toggle at the top of the post. The toggle appears only when the language setting is not set to the default (View original).
• Tap the "View original" toggle at the top of the post to check the original content at any time.

About Translation Accuracy

• Postype's translations are automatically generated using generative AI services.
• Due to the nature of machine translation, the following limitations may occur:
  • Nuances, context, or emotional expressions of the original text may not be conveyed accurately.
  • Proper nouns, neologisms, or world-specific terms within a work may be translated differently from the author's intent.
  • The same sentence may yield different results depending on when it is translated.
• Accordingly, Postype does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translation results, and is not responsible for any misunderstandings or damages arising from the translation.
• For precise meaning, please always use the "View original" toggle to check the original content.

Notes

• The translation feature does not alter the original text written by the creator.
• The scope of translation will be expanded in stages, and not all posts are currently translated automatically.
• Responsibility for the content itself lies with the creator who wrote the original. Translated versions are also subject to the original Content Policy and Community Guidelines.
