What is business creator verification?

You can complete creator verification as a business in order to withdraw POSTYPE earnings as cash.
If you receive creator verification as a business for the first time, you will not be able to view withdrawal details until the administrator has approved it.

If you have a business registration and an account at a domestic bank, you can complete business creator verification regardless of age.
Only accounts that have completed Toss·mobile·credit card·i-PIN identity verification are eligible for creator verification.
Mobile phone verification is required when completing creator verification.
Accounts verified with an ID card cannot receive creator verification. If you wish to complete identity verification using Toss·mobile·credit card·i-PIN under the same name as before, please submit it via Submit a request.
Please make sure the name on the account is correct before verification in order to comply with relevant laws.
- For corporate businesses, the account holder name must match one of the following: business name, representative’s name, or the individual’s name.
- For sole proprietors, the identity verification name and the account holder must match.

Once creator verification is approved, the registered name cannot be changed or canceled.
Up to 2 accounts can be verified as creators under a single business registration number. If 2 accounts are already verified and you want to verify an additional account, you must first Delete account for one of the verified accounts.
When completing business creator verification, we recommend registering a business account registered with the National Tax Service.

After business creator verification, you can switch to a personal creator at any time. If you wish to change, please submit it via Submit a request.
Withdrawal records are generated on the morning of the 1st day of every month after the financial institution maintenance window has passed. If you change your creator type before the withdrawal records are generated, your earnings withdrawal may not be completed properly.
Once automatic withdrawal has been requested, the details will be shown under [Earnings] > [Withdrawal history], and your entire available earnings balance will be deducted.
If your business has been closed, please submit it via Submit a request. If you had switched from a personal creator, we will switch you back to a personal creator; if you were originally verified as a business creator, we will cancel the verification record.

On [Earnings] > [Get creator verification], select sole proprietor or corporate business according to your business type. If you are switching from a personal creator, go to [Earnings] > [Creator verification] and click 'Switch to business account'.
Attach your business registration certificate and fill out all forms to match the information on the certificate.
Enter the account information where your earnings will be paid.
Processing takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you will receive a notification email to your account email address when it is approved or rejected.
