What is business creator verification?

You can complete creator verification as a business in order to withdraw your POSTYPE revenue in cash.
If you receive creator verification as a business for the first time, you will not be able to view your withdrawal history until it is approved by an admin.

If you meet the requirements below, you can complete creator verification regardless of your age.

You must have a business registration and own a bank account at a bank in Korea.
Only accounts that have completed identity verification via Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN can receive creator verification.
- Accounts verified only by ID card cannot receive creator verification. If you wish to complete identity verification using Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN under the same name as before, please submit a request via Contact us.
Korean mobile phone verification is required when completing creator verification.
For corporate businesses, the account holder name must match one of the following: the business name, the representative’s name, or your own name.
For sole proprietors, the name used for identity verification and the account holder must match.

Once creator verification is approved, the verified name cannot be changed or canceled.
Up to 2 accounts can be verified with a single business registration number. If you have already verified 2 accounts and want to verify an additional one, you must first Delete account for one of the existing verified accounts.
When completing business creator verification, we recommend registering a business account that is registered with the National Tax Service.
The business information collected is used for withdrawals and tax reporting purposes. For details, please refer to the Creator verification privacy policy.
After business creator verification, you can switch to an individual creator at any time. If you wish to change, please submit a request via Contact us.
Withdrawal records are generated in the morning of the 1st of every month, after the financial institution maintenance time. If you change your creator type before the withdrawal records are generated, your revenue withdrawal may not be processed correctly.
Once automatic withdrawal is requested, the record will appear under [Revenue] > [Withdrawal history] and your entire available revenue balance will be deducted.
If you close your business, please submit a request via Contact us. If you previously converted from an individual creator, we will change you back to an individual creator. If you were originally verified as a business creator, we will cancel your verification record.

From [Revenue] > [Get creator verification], select Sole proprietorship or Corporation based on your business type. If you are switching from an individual creator, go to [Revenue] > [Creator verification] and click Change to business account.
Attach your business registration certificate and fill in all fields so they match the information on the certificate.
Enter the bank account information where your revenue will be paid.
Processing will be completed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and an email notification will be sent to your account email address upon approval or rejection.

Between 23:30 and 01:00 Korea time (GMT+9), banks may be under maintenance, and you may not be able to register an account. Please try again after the maintenance period.
Some virtual accounts are prepaid electronic payment methods and cannot be registered. Please register a regular deposit/withdrawal bank account.
