What is creator verification?

This is the process of entering and verifying the financial information required to withdraw earnings generated on POSTYPE as cash.
You only need to complete it once, before your first withdrawal. After creator verification is complete, you can continue to withdraw your POSTYPE earnings using the same information.

If you meet the following requirements, you can complete creator verification regardless of your age.

You must have a bank account in your own name at a bank located in Korea.
- Some virtual accounts cannot be used as creator verification accounts.
Only accounts that have completed identity verification via Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN can receive creator verification.
- Accounts verified by ID card cannot receive creator verification. If you wish to complete identity verification using Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN under the same name as before, please submit it via Contact us.
You must complete Korean mobile phone verification when you perform creator verification.
The name you use for creator verification must be the same as the name that completed identity verification.

Once creator verification is approved, the registered name cannot be changed or canceled.
Up to 2 accounts per name can receive creator verification. If 2 accounts are already verified and you want to verify an additional account, you must Delete account for one of the previously verified accounts.
POSTYPE collects resident registration numbers when performing creator verification in accordance with laws that allow the collection of resident registration numbers. For details, please see the Creator Verification Privacy Policy.
After completing individual creator verification, you can switch to a business creator at any time. For details, please see the Business creator verification page.

On the web, go to [Earnings] and click 'Verify creator' (not supported in the app).
Enter the resident registration number and real name that completed identity verification, then enter that person’s bank account information.
Enter your mobile phone number and complete SMS verification.
If the name and account information match, creator verification is completed immediately.

From 23:30 to 01:00 Korea time (GMT+9), banks may be under maintenance, and account registration might not be possible. Please try again after maintenance ends.
Some virtual accounts are prepaid electronic payment methods and cannot be registered. Please register a regular checking or savings account.
