What canceling a recurring membership means

• To stop recurring payments, you need to cancel your membership before the membership period ends.
• As soon as the membership period ends, your membership will be renewed and re-billed, and payments that have already been made are non-refundable mid-term in accordance with the Terms of Use.
• Even if you cancel your membership, you can continue to enjoy your benefits until the current membership period (up to 1 month) ends. Once the period is over, recurring billing and membership renewal will stop.
• If you rejoin after canceling your membership, your new membership period starts from the payment date, and your previous viewing permissions are reset.
• If you also want to unsubscribe from the channel after canceling your recurring membership, please go to [My Menu] > [Subscribed channels] and click the 'Subscribed' button on the channel you’re subscribed to in order to cancel your subscription yourself.

How to cancel a recurring membership

• At [My Menu] > [Membership subscriptions], you can check your active and canceled memberships, amounts paid, and usage periods.
• Select the membership you want to cancel and click “Cancel membership subscription” to cancel it immediately.

When a membership is canceled automatically

• If all 5 payment attempts on your membership’s billing date fail due to reasons such as insufficient balance, exceeding your limit, or an unavailable payment method, your membership will be canceled automatically.
• If the creator ends a membership plan, existing members can continue to receive benefits for one month from their last subscription date. After that, recurring payments are automatically canceled, and the membership will be automatically terminated when the period ends.
