Membership subscription period

What is the membership subscription period?

• The membership subscription period is 1 month from the subscription start date. The plan price is billed every month as a recurring payment at the same time as the first payment, using the same payment method.
• Because the subscription period is also automatically renewed, if you no longer wish to stay subscribed, please make sure to cancel your recurring subscription no later than the day before the next subscription date.
• You can check the exact subscription period by going to [My menu] > [Membership subscription history] and clicking on the membership plan name.
• Membership is different from purchasing (collecting) posts, so memberships do not store collected copies of posts in [library] > [Purchases]. You can view membership posts only during your active subscription period.

Membership billing date

Payment is automatically processed every month on the date you subscribed. However, if a month does not have your subscription start date, the payment will be processed on the last day of that month, and from the following month it will be billed again on your original subscription start date.

Recurring billing on the subscription start date

• Subscription starts on February 28 → Auto-billing on March 28 → Auto-billing on April 28 (billed on the 28th every month)

When the subscription start date does not exist in the following month

• Subscription starts on March 31 → Auto-billing on April 30 → Auto-billing on May 31
• Subscription starts on January 31
  • (When February has 28 days) Auto-billing on February 28
  • (When February has 29 days) Auto-billing on February 29
