You can also publish paid posts in open channels to earn revenue. In addition to publishing posts directly, you can use the repost and quote features to effectively promote your posts and increase your earning opportunities.

Open channel revenue payment policy

Revenue generated in an open channel belongs to the post author, not the channel owner.

Sales and support revenue from posts published in an open channel

• It belongs to the person who wrote the post.

Repost

• It belongs to the original post author.

Quote post

• If a price is set for the quote post, the sales revenue from that post belongs to the quote post author.
• However, sales revenue from the original post (the quoted post) belongs to the original post author.

Open channel withdrawal fee policy

When a creator channel post is sold through an open channel

• The open channel functions as a “discovery feature” within the service.

• If a reader purchases a post from a creator channel and, within the last 72 hours at the time of purchase, there is a record that they entered that channel through an open channel (via a quote, repost, etc.), a discovery fee (17%) is additionally charged.

• However, even if the reader arrives at the channel via an open channel, no discovery fee is charged on support revenue.

Posts published in an open channel

• A flat 30% withdrawal fee applies to both sales and support revenue. No additional discovery fee is charged.

• When an open channel post is quoted or reposted, no additional discovery fee is charged.
