Actions taken for policy violations
If content appears likely to violate, or actually violates, our content policy, POSTYPE will take one of the following actions depending on the severity.
Step 1 – Policy notice
If there appears to be a potential violation of the character/story content policy, or if a valid report related to this is received, POSTYPE will notify you of major examples of violations and recommend that you directly edit the violating parts of your character via service notifications and email.

Characters/stories with a representative image that includes exposed body parts
Characters/stories that include images and prompts close to pornography
All-ages characters/stories that include images and prompts of sexual acts, use of masturbation aids, fetishism, or other imagery for sexual gratification
Characters/stories that include violent images intended to shock or disgust
Characters/stories that include graphic or repulsive images with blood or gore
Cases where the same character/story content is created continuously or maliciously in a way that harms the user experience
Step 2 – Character/story creation canceled
If you keep a character/story without making any edits after receiving a Step 1 policy notice, or if the character/story critically violates the content policy, its creation may be canceled. Characters whose creation has been canceled can be found in [Studio] > [Character Management] or [Story Management] by using the “Draft” filter.

Characters/stories that have accumulated multiple reports for crime depiction, glorification of violence, promotion of discrimination, etc.
Fan creation characters/stories that are not created under the fan creation category
Step 4 – Channel suspension
If you continue to violate, or behave in a way equivalent to violating, the Character Talk content policy even after Steps 1–3 have been applied, the relevant channel will be suspended.

Repeating acts that violate POSTYPE policies, terms, or applicable laws even after being subject to actions in Steps 1–3
Continued creation of characters/stories that may be judged to violate the Character Talk content policy

Other legal violations (such as trading personal information)
Step 5 – Account suspension
Users who habitually violate the content policy or cause serious damage to the service environment will have their accounts blocked. All channels under the blocked account will be suspended, revenue payouts will be stopped, and the company may reclaim previous revenue and charge fees. You cannot log in with a blocked account, and you cannot use POSTYPE under the same legal identity.

The more reports are filed or policy violations are repeated, the higher the step of action that will be applied.
