What is business creator verification?

You can complete creator verification as a business in order to withdraw POSTYPE earnings in cash.
If you are getting creator verification as a business for the first time, you will not be able to view your withdrawal history until an admin approves it.

If you have registered a business and own a bank account at a domestic bank, you can get business creator verification regardless of age.
You can only get creator verification on an account that has completed identity verification via Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN.
Mobile phone verification is required for creator verification.
Accounts verified with an ID card cannot get creator verification. If you wish to complete identity verification using Toss, mobile phone, credit card, or i-PIN under the same name as before, please submit a request via Submit a request.
Please make sure to check the name on the account before verification to comply with relevant laws.
- For corporate businesses, the account holder name must match one of the following: business name, representative’s name, or your own name.
- For sole proprietors, the identity verification name and the account holder name must be the same.

Once creator verification is approved, the name on the account cannot be changed or canceled.
You can get creator verification for up to 2 accounts with 1 business registration number. If you already have 2 verified accounts and want to verify another one, you must first delete your account for one of the existing verified accounts.
For business creator verification, we recommend registering the business bank account you registered with the National Tax Service.
The business information collected will be used for withdrawals and tax reporting. For details, please refer to the Creator Verification Privacy Policy.
After business creator verification, you can switch back to a personal creator at any time. If you wish to change, please submit a request via Submit a request.
Withdrawal histories are generated on the morning of the 1st day of every month after the financial institution’s maintenance window. If you change your creator type before your withdrawal history is generated, your earnings withdrawal may not be processed correctly.
Once automatic withdrawal is requested, it will appear under [Earnings] > [Withdrawal history] and your entire available earnings balance will be deducted.
If you close your business, please submit a request via Submit a request. If you switched from a personal creator, we will change you back to a personal creator. If you were initially verified as a business creator, we will cancel your verification.

Go to [Earnings] > [Get creator verification] and select either sole proprietor or corporation according to your business type. If you are switching from a personal creator, click [Earnings] > [Creator verification] and then click 'Switch to business account'.
Attach your business registration certificate and fill out all fields to match the information on the certificate.
Enter the account information where you wish to receive your earnings.
Processing takes 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays), and you will receive a notification email to your account email address when your request is approved or rejected.
