How can I join as a team member? 

• If you have created at least one multi-profile, log in with the profile you want to use in the channel as a team member and receive the invitation URL.
• You can apply to join the channel by clicking the “Join team channel” button at the bottom of the invitation URL, and you can join as a team member once the owner or an administrator accepts your application.
• Regardless of profile, one account can join up to 3 team channels as a team member.

Team member permissions

Owner

• The owner of the team channel can use all features.
• The owner can delete the team channel.

Administrator

• Can use all features in Studio except deleting the team channel and using request.
  • Can manage revenue-related menus (statistics, membership, subscribers) and the community.
  • Can delete posts and series published in the team channel.
  • Can invite other team members, accept join applications, change granted permissions, and remove team members from the team.
• Can leave the team channel.  

Editor

• Can write, publish, and edit posts in the team channel.
• Cannot delete published posts.
• Can view paid and membership posts in the team channel from the channel and series without separate purchase or membership subscription.
• Can leave the team channel. 

Contributor 

• Can write posts in the team channel and request review.
• Posts with a review request can be published upon approval by the owner or an administrator.
• However, once a post you wrote is published even once, you cannot edit or delete it.
• In the posts menu, you can only view posts you wrote yourself.
• Can leave the team channel. 

Check my permissions in a team channel

• Go to [Team channel Studio] > [Settings] > [Team] > [My permissions] at the top of the page to check the access permissions to the channel granted by the owner or an administrator. 

How can I change a team member’s permissions? 

• Go to [Team channel Studio] > [Settings] > [Team members], then click the “Change permissions” button on the right side of the team member list,
• Select Administrator, Editor, or Contributor, then click Confirm. 

Can Contributors view paid posts or membership posts published by other team members?

• They cannot view them with the profile that is participating as a team member.
• Instead, if they purchase paid posts or join a membership using another multi-profile that is not participating as a team member, they can view the posts.
• If they purchase paid posts, they can view them in the library regardless of profile.
