Register automatic recharge

• You can register from the PC/mobile web browser at [Point] > [Recharge points] > [Automatic recharge]. (App support will be added later)
• According to your set recharge conditions, if your remaining points fall below the specified threshold, they will be recharged automatically right away.
  • If your remaining points fall below (1,000P / 3,000P / 5,000P / 10,000P),
  • you can set them to be recharged by (5,000P / 10,000P / 30,000P / 50,000P / 100,000P).
• If, at the time of first registration, your remaining points are already below the set recharge condition, points will be recharged immediately.

Change automatic recharge

• On the PC/mobile web browser, go to [Point] > [Recharge points] > [Automatic recharge] and click 'Automatic point recharge ON' to change your automatic recharge conditions, payment method, and more at any time.
• If your remaining points are below the updated recharge condition, points will be recharged immediately when you make the change.

Cancel automatic recharge

• From [Point] > [Recharge points] > [Automatic recharge], you can click 'Turn off automatic point recharge' to cancel at any time.
• If automatic recharge payments fail 3 times, the feature will be canceled automatically.
• If there is no usage history for the points from the payment you want to cancel, you can cancel the payment within 7 days from the payment completion date.
• If you have already used the automatically recharged points, you can request a refund.
