How to change your payout account

• If you enter and submit your account information under your own name at [Earnings] > [Payout settings] > [Change payout account], it will be updated immediately.
• For creators verified as a sole proprietorship, corporation type business account, it may take up to 3 business days for the payout account to be changed. If your payout account is not updated even after 3 business days, please contact us through a 1:1 inquiry in the Help Center.
  • For business creators, you cannot request payout of earnings while your payout account change request is under review. We recommend submitting the account change request at least 3 days before the payout reference date (the 1st of every month).
• Based on the account registered as of 00:00 on the 1st of every month, an automatic payout will be requested. If you want to receive the following month’s earnings to the new account, the payout account change must be completed by the end of the previous month.

• The account holder name you change to must match the name you used for creator verification.

  • For corporate businesses, the account holder name must match one of the following: business name, representative’s name, or your own verified name.

  • For sole proprietors, the account holder name must match the name used for your identity verification.

• Between 23:30-01:00 in Korea Standard Time (GMT+9), bank maintenance may prevent account registration. Please try again after maintenance ends.
• For requests that have already been submitted for automatic payout of earnings, you cannot cancel the payout, change the payout date, or change the payout account.

Please check the following when registering your account information.

• For merged banks such as NH Investment & Securities, Hana Bank, etc., enter the account number of the current bank.
• For special account numbers like IBK’s lifelong account or Nonghyup’s custom account, enter the actual account number, not the arbitrarily set number.
• For Shinhan Bank, enter the new account number, not the old one.
• Some virtual accounts are provided in the form of prepaid electronic payment instruments, not regular bank accounts, and therefore cannot pass account validity checks. Please register a regular deposit/withdrawal account instead.
