How to change your withdrawal account

• If you enter and submit the account information in your own name at [Earnings] > [Withdrawal settings] > [Change withdrawal account], it will be updated immediately.
• For creators who have been verified as a sole proprietor or corporate business, it may take up to 3 business days for the withdrawal account to be changed. If the withdrawal account has not changed even after 3 business days, please submit an inquiry through Help Center > 1:1 inquiry registration.
  • For business creators, earnings withdrawals cannot be submitted while a withdrawal account change request is under review. We recommend requesting a withdrawal account change at least 3 days before the standard earnings withdrawal date (the 1st of every month).
• Automatic withdrawal is submitted to the account registered as of 00:00 on the 1st of every month, so if you want the following month’s earnings to be deposited into the newly changed account, the withdrawal account change must be completed by the end of the previous month.

• The account holder name you change to must match the name under which you were verified as a creator.

  • For corporate businesses, the account holder name must match one of: business name, representative’s name, or your own name.

  • For sole proprietors, the account holder must match the name used for identity verification.

• Between 23:30 and 01:00 (Korea time, GMT+9), account registration may not be possible due to bank maintenance. Please try again after the maintenance is finished.
• For earnings withdrawals that have already been automatically submitted, it is not possible to cancel the withdrawal, change the withdrawal date, or change the withdrawal account.

Please check the following when registering account information.

• For merged banks such as NH Investment & Securities or Hana Bank, enter the account number of the current bank.
• For products like IBK Bank’s lifetime accounts or NongHyup Bank’s custom accounts, enter the actual account number, not a user-defined virtual number.
• For Shinhan Bank, enter the new account number, not an old-format account number.
• Some virtual accounts are in the form of prepaid electronic payment instruments rather than regular bank accounts and therefore cannot pass account validity checks. Please register a regular deposit/withdrawal account.
