How can I join as a team member? 

• If you have created at least 1 multi-profile, log in with the profile that will act as a team member of the channel and receive the invitation URL.
• You can apply to join the channel using the “Join team channel” button at the bottom of the invitation URL, and you can join the channel as a team member once the owner or an administrator approves your request.
• Regardless of profiles, each account can join up to 3 team channels as a team member.

Team member permissions

Owner

• As the owner of the team channel, you can use all features.
• You can delete the team channel.

Administrator

• You can use all features in Studio except deleting the team channel and Requests.
  • You can manage revenue-related menus (Statistics, membership, Subscribers) and Community.
  • You can delete posts and series published in the team channel.
  • You can invite other team members, accept join requests, change granted permissions, and remove team members from the team.
• You can leave the team channel.  

Editor

• You can write, publish, and edit posts in the team channel.
• You cannot delete posts you’ve published.
• You can view paid posts and membership posts in the team channel and series without separate purchases or membership subscriptions.
• You can leave the team channel. 

Contributor 

• You can request review after writing a post in the team channel.
• Posts that you submit for review can be published with approval from the owner or an administrator.
• However, once a post you wrote is published, you cannot edit or delete it.
• From the Posts menu, you can only view posts you wrote yourself.
• You can leave the team channel. 

Check my permissions in a team channel

• Go to [Team channel Studio] > [Settings] > [Team]. At the top of the page under [My permissions], you can check what access rights the channel owner or administrator has granted you. 

How can I change a team member’s permissions? 

• Go to [Team channel Studio] > [Settings] > [Team members], then click the “Change permissions” button on the right side of the team member list,
• Select Administrator, Editor, or Contributor, then click Confirm. 

Can Contributors see paid posts or membership posts published by other team members?

• You cannot view them with the profile that is participating as a team member.
• Instead, you can view the posts if you purchase paid posts or join the membership using another multi-profile that is not participating as a team member.
• If you purchase a paid post, you can view it in your Library regardless of profile.
