Log in with Passkey

On the login screen, tap the "Log in with Passkey" button.

  1. Select the Passkey you want to use on your device.

  2. Complete biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition) or enter your PIN.

The Log in with Passkey button is not visible

On devices or browsers that do not support Passkey login, the "Log in with Passkey" button is not shown. In this case, please log in with email/password or social login.

To use Passkey login, you need the following environment:

  • iOS/iPadOS: 16 or later, Safari or Chrome

  • Android: 9 or later, Chrome

  • macOS: Ventura (13) or later, Safari or Chrome

  • Windows: 10 or later, Chrome or Edge

Log in on PC using a Passkey on your smartphone

To use this feature, Bluetooth must be turned on your smartphone.

 

I can’t log in with a registered Passkey

  • Check that you are trying to log in from the device where the Passkey was registered (or another device in the same ecosystem).

  • Make sure biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition) is properly set up on your device.

  • Update your operating system and browser to the latest version.

  • If the above does not resolve the issue, log in with your email/password, delete the existing Passkey, and register it again.
