Log in with Passkey

Log in with Passkey

On the login screen, tap the "Log in with Passkey" button.

1. Select the Passkey you want to use on your device.

2. Complete biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition) or enter your PIN.

3. Once authentication is complete, you will be logged in immediately.

Even if your account has 2-step verification (OTP) enabled, logging in with a Passkey will sign you in right away without additional verification. This is because the Passkey itself confirms both device ownership and biometric authentication.

The Log in with Passkey button is not visible

On devices or browsers that do not support Passkey login, the "Log in with Passkey" button is not shown. In this case, please log in with email/password or social login.

To use Passkey login, you need the following environment:

• iOS/iPadOS: 16 or later, Safari or Chrome

• Android: 9 or later, Chrome

• macOS: Ventura (13) or later, Safari or Chrome

• Windows: 10 or later, Chrome or Edge

In many cases, you can start using Passkeys by updating your device’s operating system and browser to the latest version.

Log in on PC using a Passkey on your smartphone

Even if there is no Passkey stored on your PC, you can log in by using a smartphone that has a registered Passkey.

1. On the PC login screen, click "Log in with Passkey".

2. When a QR code appears, scan it with your smartphone.

3. After completing biometric authentication on your smartphone, you will be logged in on the PC.

To use this feature, Bluetooth must be turned on your smartphone.

I can’t log in with a registered Passkey

• Check that you are trying to log in from the device where the Passkey was registered (or another device in the same ecosystem).

• Make sure biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition) is properly set up on your device.

• Update your operating system and browser to the latest version.

• If the above does not resolve the issue, log in with your email/password, delete the existing Passkey, and register it again.
