Checking the order/payment number in your payment history

You can find your account using the order/payment number shown in POSTYPE payment history for points, membership, and more. Depending on the payment method, it may be shown as an approval number, merchant order number, and so on. 

  • However, payments processed through Apple do not provide enough matching information, so they cannot be used for account lookup.
  • For payments made via quick account transfer, please contact us through Find my POSTYPE account, even though it may be a bit inconvenient.

 

Here’s how to check your order/payment number for each payment method. 

 

KakaoPay

  • KakaoPay app > [Recent activity] > Select POSTYPE payment history > Enter the 'Merchant order number' shown under [Details]
  • From the KakaoPay 'Transaction confirmation' document, enter the 'Payment number (TID)' or 'Merchant order number'

 

POSTYPE Pay

  • Toss Payments payment completion email > Enter the 'Order number'
  • POSTYPE payment history notification email > Enter the 'Order number'

 

Saved card payment

  • Payple payment history email > Enter the 'Approval number' or 'Order number'
  • In the app for the card you used as the payment method, check your transaction history > In the detailed history for the POSTYPE payment, enter the 'Approval number'  

 

Credit/debit card

  • Danal credit card payment confirmation email > Enter the 'Approval number' in the email
  • In the app for the card you used as the payment method, check your transaction history > In the detailed history for the POSTYPE payment, enter the 'Approval number'  

 

Toss Pay

  • Toss app [All] > [Pay] at the top right of the screen > [History] at the bottom of the screen > Select the POSTYPE points payment > Click 'Transaction statement' at the top > Check the merchant order number

 

Naver Pay (Npay)

  • Naver Pay (Npay) app > Select [Payments] from the bottom tab > Select POSTYPE payment history > From [Payment details], enter the 'Payment number' or 'Payment confirmation number'

 

Google Play payment

  • Play Store app > Tap your profile at the top > [Payments and subscriptions] > [Budget & history] > Select POSTYPE payment history > Enter the 'Transaction ID'
  • Google Payments Center > Select POSTYPE payment history > [Transaction details] > Enter the 'Transaction ID'

 

Paypal

  • Go to the email account you used to sign up for PayPal.

  • Look for emails from service@paypal.com related to your most recent postype.com payment receipt.

  • Click View or Manage Payment.

    • You’ll be taken to PayPal to check your transaction (sign-in may be required).

  • On the transaction details page, find the Invoice ID or Transaction ID.
